Do you have trouble carrying a conversation with women you like or do you just struggle with interactions in general?

Reason I ask is if it’s just women you need to get past being scared or intimidated by women you find attractive. I’d suggest starting with women at coffee shops or whatever that you don’t want to date and build confidence from there.

Otherwise I’d just go on YouTube and start learning conversation tactics so you can learn small talk and how to engage with people.

Was talking with our CFO at work, apparently he was shy to the point of having trouble managing his reports. He did an executive development class and they taught him basic conversation approaches and now when he is in the office he talks to everyone from the cafeteria staff to the CEO and actually enjoys it.
