Really really trying to focus on health. Main goal is to lose weight but general health is also obviusly a goal. For me, it's calestherics every other day with liftingnweights and some light running on my inbetween day.

Really interested in getting some ideas for new exercises too. I like to vary it up once every couple of weeks to keep things from
Getting stale.

I don't have one yet. I'm fat and need to lose about 50lbs. I've just been eating vegetables and chicken and hopping on the treadmill as long as I can go until I get in a little better shape to put myself through some different type of workouts and food.

Every other hour I walk a circle from my living room, hallway, dining room, kitchen, and back to the living room. I started this back in December. At first I'd walk for two minutes. Each Monday I add one minute. As of this week I'm up to 10 minutes each walk. I've also started walking upstairs as well.

I've also got a 10 lb dumbbell I do curls with. I still can't lift it over my head but hope to be able to do so soon.

Eat clean and high rep workout hitting all body parts. Do not skimp on leg day. If you really want to get serious cut out the alcohol and get plenty of sleep.

Bodyweight and sandbags exercises. I pushed iron for a lot of years and this is kinder on the joints and keeps me plenty strong.

Legs are doing fine. Plenty of sleep is very difficult.

Hitting a heavy bag. No kidding. 20-30 minutes on the bag is a great change of pace on off days. Great cardio, and burns like hell with 16oz gloves.

Lots of tutorials and routines on Youtube so you're not doing it aimlessly.

Probably start with diet. After a few months of eating right, you should be down some pounds. Light cardio with weight resistance should be plenty.

I did this one saturday.

500 rep challenge

I used to lift heavy..., but I prefer high rep novelty workouts now.

If you're trying to lose weight, you need to incorporate cardio. On heavy lifting days, I run 3 miles. On lighter days, I run 6 miles.

I used to try to lift a lot, but as I get older and after 21 years in the military, I put equal emphasis on cardio.
