I have no problem when a woman does it with some tact and discretion because she finds herself in an unforseen situation.

My two cents is that it doesnt offend my sensibilities to see a boob in public, so long as the woman feeding doesnt mind people watching.
If she minds it, go somewhere more private.

I don’t care. I’ve only seen it a few times. The mother uses a blanket or something to cover up during the process. Most of the time I don’t even notice it.
