I work out at City Club and I've never seen 3 plates on the bench bar

i have a membership there but really only use it to bring kids to the pool during the summer

Like you said, the number of sub 200 lb men who bench 300+ on the OT is astounding.

i don't have a huge desire to keep fricking w heavy weights on the bench but i will get 315 off my chest soon enough. I dream the day i can rep out 225 like it ain't too much.

Yes, i would say a good 12 is repping out. I nearly shite myself getting it up the 6th time.

That's what I do instead of low rep
At least 10 reps with 15 rep max.

This guy right here can do 13 reps of 225 at 168 lbs with a hurt shoulder :rotflmao:. He is in line with many healthy NFL linebackers. Just picture yourself in the gym and wathching a 168 lb twig put 225 up 13 times. I would give him a reach around right on the spot
