At 30 years old, I'm kind of over the whole giant idiotic crowd that's out in public on NYE. However, my fiance's birthday is New Year's Day, so I'm pretty much required to party.

I have to work. We hold a dance/concert at my work every year and I'm assigned to be here this year. It's not bad though.

Getting dragged to the overpriced Hyatt party.

Probably a house party with a close group of friends that goes all night
That's been the tradition lately, and it doesn't matter if it's just 4 of us or 30, it's still 400 times more fun than a bar on NYE or anything like that
Pop some bubbly and spend time with good people, the only way to start off the new year

Where will you be watching the ball drop?
I'll be watching a flamenco show at 7PM followed by heading to Plaza Nueva at midnight in Seville.

New Oleans is a great NYE town. I've recently started seeing it get its due in some travel mags and such.

GF will be out of town on a family trip for Christmas and NYE, so I'll probably hang with my buddies and be home by 12:30am on January 1.

We usually invite the neighbors over, drink, cook something good, and sit around the firepit while the kids pop fireworks.
