the apple weather app
local TV stations weather app (also includes a radar, but a bit dramatic)

Radars:
My Radar (paid version)
RadarScope (NWS radars)

Winds / hyperlocal weather:
Wunderground - for a personal weather station a neighbor has.

Weatherunderground. Like the idea of crowd sourced weather data. Was better before weather channel bought them (less ads) but still pretty solid forecasts and I like the interface.

No app, katc.com for local forecast, klfy.com for radar.

Do use Nautide and wind finder apps if going fishing.
