Weatherunderground. Like the idea of crowd sourced weather data. Was better before weather channel bought them (less ads) but still pretty solid forecasts and I like the interface.

No app, katc.com for local forecast, klfy.com for radar.
Do use Nautide and wind finder apps if going fishing.

For an outstanding radar app try MyRadar.
Definitely helpful during tornado season.
