Back in the day, the Happy Note in Baton Rouge. In NOLA, go to Miss Mae's or Igors. This is based on the 90s/early 2000s so it's probably different now. Just find a good dive bar with a jukebox where you can play Merle or Verne Godsnen and get cheap strong drinks.
