10.4% by inbody scan, 11.9% 3D scan - I feel the 3D scan 11.9% is more accurate. I'm down from peak skinny fat stage of 20%ish in Nov 2021.

15.3% as of Friday. But I look closer to the 20% pic than the 15% pic. I don't workout that much, so less definition.
