What's up with the New Black Panthers and Black Hebrew Israelites?

Is their goal to promote African American rights, or anarchy? They've been labeled as a hate group, but are applauded when they show up to certain places, does their presence have any positive effect on the surrounding community?

Black Hebrew Israelites basically only exist in prison. I have handled about 5 cases against them. Essentially a terrorist group.

I've never been to prison, and the only ones I've seen have been on city streets.

The Black Panthers were dissolved in the 80’s. I don’t know what the NBP are.

I had a lengthy conversation over the phone with a lady about the Moors and how they came over to the Americas as royalty in the 1500s but were erased from the history books.
