I have worked for some real pricks and real egomaniacs but I am hearing this shite over and over. Ellen, Dan Snieder of redskins, etc, WTF? If anyone ever said that to me I would have told them to Geaux frick themselves, I wasn’t going to bow, kiss their rings, etc.

I mean is that something they get together at cocktail parties and say “ Oh yes, I don’t allow any of my serfs ti ever look me in the eyes”
I don’t even understand why you wouldn’t always want everyone to look you in the eyes to make sure you are communicating properly. Bear Bryant, Patton, Saban, etc look you right in the ducking eyes

I almost exclusively have worked for multiple millionaires, and billionaires. Some made my life a living hell, but never have I even heard of anything like this

I look people in the eye when I talk to them. I am not sure what this is about, but if anyone is uncomfortable with me looking them in the eye then that isn't my problem.
