Not a bad investment, at all. This would have been my answer, 10 years ago. Sold $18,000.00 in tools/boxes before, on a whim, leaving everything behind in Nashville @ 32 years old and moving to Tampa. Only had, a little, over $16,000.00 in the tools/boxes.

I inherited a Howard Miller grandfather clock from my grandparents. It’s worth a decent amount.

Correct the Rolex 6265 Spirit of Japan is worth significantly more than any other single watch in my collection.

I own the responsibility of bringing two kids into the world....ain't nothing more costly than that LOL.

I'd say my decoy spread. Not counting the trailer I have somewhere in the neighborhood of $10K in a field spread. Also necessitates ancillary shite like a GMC 3500 and lots of road trips in that gas guzzling son of a gun to deploy said decoys......all for about 50 geese a year LOL.
