What’s the legal smoking age? Not purchasing.

18yr old cousin of mine is a HS senior. He most likely won’t have a graduation ceremony b/c of the virus.
I know they raised the tobacco purchasing age to 21, but what about using tobacco in general?
I got some cigars I want to give him.

I would assume 21...but who will he be smoking them with that would rat him out to the fuzz?

I knew a guy that gave cigars to an 18 year old. He’s doing a life sentence now. Not because of the cigars though. So you should be good

Probably varies state to state, but I'm not aware of any statutes that regulate the consumption of nicotine, only the purchase.
Now I'm reminded of being 13 years old and my buddies and I going to buy cigs and dip from the retarded guy who worked the counter at a country gas station.
