5:10 for first mile of cross country meet at highland park in 1998 as a senior at brother marring.
19:10 for the 5k at same race ( I had no endurance
)
Just under 47 for 10k.
Try to do 3 3 milers under 23:30 and a four miler under 32 every week but I'm getting older.

mile... 4:45 at 18 yo
5K.. Never ran one but would complete 3mi runs at 16mins when 18yo
10K...Never ran that distance until my late 30's... 58mins

9 minute mile (proud of that one). My mom said I had a disorder that didn't allow me to run for distance.

Was that at Norbuck Park? That's a tough course with a big hill. I do a lot of runs there.
