re: What's the deal with THCa Leaf in a state like Georgia?

It’s definitely a gray area. But we have our lawyers on hand and all documentation to prove the legality behind the loophole with THCA, delta8 etc.
As far as someone purchasing and say you get pulled over. I give everyone the same warning. If it smells like weed and looks like weed, you will be questioned most likely. Hell even CBD flower which is completely legal smells and looks like the real deal. Fortunately now a days having marijuana on your person isn’t looked at as crazy as it once was.

So, given that, how could law enforcement cite or arrest someone for marijuana possession? Do these shops have exit bags or something?
It is sold in packaging with a letter stating it’s THCa, compliant with the 2018 farm bill, and normally with a QR code to the lab results. However, you and I both know that does not stop the law from neglecting that fact and charging you. A good rule of thumb is to get it delivered to your house and keep it there, if in an illegal state.

Precisely. Just order straight to your house. I know that sounds SO bizarre but it’s completely legal and you will have no repercussions. You can literally buy an ounce for under $100 from WNC of amazing quality bud you could ever imagine and it’ll be at your doorstep within 3 days. WNC will include all the paperwork in the package in the case it is opened. And if it is opened they will send you a replacement for free. Amazing guys over there.

Makes sense. Probably relatively safe in metro counties, but I'd hate to explain to the Winston County Sheriffs Department that ackshually that it is compliant within the letter of the law.

I am now incredibly curious from an investment perspective. Gonna do some research.

With it being a loophole it won’t be around forever. Thats why we’re turning to medical.

The hairline is making its first recession, I grunt when I sit down, I can't party like I used to without feeling like death the following day, I look at young men as dumbasses....yeah, you're right.

I think you are replying in general not to me but I know nothing of the "lite weed", I have a medical card in a recreational state. I did a dispensary pickup and Walmart pickup today. The parking lots are almost touching.

Our governor signed a new farm bill that banned the sale of THCA in Georgia stores starting Oct 1. But the best suppliers will still ship it to you in Georgia, since it's still federally legal. Basically screwing Georgia business owners to "protect the children."

I appreciate all the info, but have a lingering question.
I can understand an incinerating heat creating a chem reaction to turn THCa into THC. But the statement that it's the same for all weed isn't adding up for me. I personally know people and have partaken from edibles like brownies and chocolates from the 90's where there was very little cooking involved, certainly not enough to incinerate or decarbonize or I forget the exact term you used earlier, and it would get you high in a motherfricker. They'd sprinkle raw shake into melted chocolate and scoop it out into little forms, like making mushroom chocs. No high heat cooking involved.
I am hoping for the day we can just have our own plants legally grown on our patio and not have to worry about all this stuff. I hope to see it in my lifetime.
I think that's the real risk at investing bigly into the industry, because the country could come to it's senses really quick and then the loophole industry is completely obsolete.

Fun fact that almost everyone missed... Hemp and the THC inside of yet (yes the same THC in MJ) is totally and completely federally legal.
Meaning THC gummies and drinks are completely legal across the country if it's derived from hemp, but illegal if it comes from MJ, even though chemically it's identical.

What exactly are you asking? All flower needs to be decarbed to get the effects. Go and try to eat a nug and see what happens.

Just be glad you can still actually get high.
I keep a Pax Era vape pen in my shirt pocket and hit it throughout the day every day. Helps with both of my main problems: pain and nausea.
The results are that I don’t get high anymore. Not even the slightest buzz after a week or more without when hospitalized (I just don’t take it with me to the hospital since they will juice me up with opiates. Plus stuff is easily lost there.)

I just posted a thread about this. .3% THC was made legal nationally, when Trump passed the 2018 hemp bill. This THC is still capable of getting you high and you can buy it from any vape shop and many gas stations. But companies can still fire you if it shows up on a drug test, just like medical marijuana. Its insane. The system is so screwed up, the politicians are passing laws without even thinking them through, or looking at the different angles. This basically legalizes dealers (stores) to sell pot, but users cant use it because of drug testing.
