As far as someone purchasing and say you get pulled over. I give everyone the same warning. If it smells like weed and looks like weed, you will be questioned most likely. Hell even CBD flower which is completely legal smells and looks like the real deal. Fortunately now a days having marijuana on your person isn’t looked at as crazy as it once was.
The point that I am trying to make is that it wouldn't matter if THCa is banned. You still have countless other THC products that were legalized with the 2018 hemp bill. (Delta 8, delta 9, delta 10 ect.) People can't seem to wrap it around their brain that they can walk into a vape shop in any state and buy .3% THC and get stoned. If its not strong enough, then all you have to do is eat two gummies instead of one. Its just that simple. There is no loophole. You are getting confused with all of the marketing propaganda.

They extract certain cannibinoids from the hempTHC so it will have slightly different effects.

2018 farm bill allowed it. 2024 farm bill removes it.

It's bc the consider it to be a hemp product and therefore legal under the 2018 farm Bill. Simple
But some of that synthetic shite will frick you up in a bad way.
I use to be a daily smoker/weed for 15 to 20 years. I haven't smoked anything in about 8 years for insurance purposes. Anyhow over Christmas holidays last year I decided to grab some gummies and the first batch called Flying Monkeys were awesome. Laughed and had a great time.
I went back and the guy had some called Smurf Piiss, shite was pure evil ?? in gummy form. Wife was pissed I couldnt even hide it at all. Full blown panic attack I thought I was gonna die. I told her to bring me to the hospital and she said frick you and walked out. She is 100% against any drug of any kind. After 3 hours I drove myself to the hospital and sat there considering going in. 8 hours later it was still a bad time. Whatever was in that shite wasn't Thc. It was some type of psychedelic. Never ever again!
I will smoke again one day after I retire but frick smoke shops and gas station delta 8 etc
