When I was in high school my buddy and his dad refurbished his grandparents '69 Malibu 307 that only had 16,000 miles on it. They kept everything stock except the paint and some bolt on chrome engine parts. That fricking car was so damn clean. It sat covered in a garage for 20 something years until they worked on it. Original seats, carpet, dash, everything. They ended up having to sell it. I'd love to find that car.

Yes it was a split bumper, I have a 71 split bumper in my shop now that isn't mine but doing for someone else.
