Anybody else like the smell of roux when it starts to really brown? Maybe I like the smell because I know what is coming.

Honeysuckle, red oak burning in the fire place, fall season when the temperature and leaves are just right.

1) My Aunt Jane's kitchen when she's cooking
2) Fresh cut grass on a summer evening

Honorable mention - Two-stroke boat motor starting up just before sunrise as previously mentioned on the first page.
