his whole area is going through major transformation. Tearing down and building like crazy.

The lots are deep as hell closer to Bucktown and houses ready to be torn down. That area is the next boom.

If you have a kid in elementary school I would stay on the north shore.

Are you willing to pay for private schools?

Kenner has Chateau proper on the golf course can be had for about 550k or so, up to 1M, south lake for about 450k.

Kenner discovery is a legit great school, but most send their kids to St. Elizabeth's or St. Phillip's.

Wat? A lot of the trash getting pushed out of Nola have resettled in unincorporated Jefferson Parish (specifically Harvey and parts of Metairie). Harvey now resembles Nola East in that it's mostly black with a large Asian minority.

Definitely an underrated suburb of Nola. Only negative is crossing the CCC everyday.

Agreed...

It isn't that bad once you get into a routine, and traffic on the way home usually isn't that bad... BC is a big/small town if that makes sense.. People are friendly, and there is basically zero to little crime.. Fishing all over the place too

I've always wondered why belle chasse didn't get any recognition on here... Maybe that's a good thing though

Atlanta. As a whole, the Gulf is inferior to Pyongyang.
