Went from a projection type TV to LCD. Game changer. It was 3-4 grand at the time....so I waited a while before splurging.

bought a goldendoodle for the family and i thought i was spending too much on a dog. She has been a great addition to our family. Good tools for working around the house has been money well spent for me. I bought a loud and heavy generator during Katrina. After moving 4 times i still have it and it runs great but likes gas. Also a used window unit was all i could find after katrina, it too still works fine

Covering my patio by tying into the roofline to make it look like original construction and then adding an outdoor kitchen and other accessories to the patio. Completely changed the way we use our house and entertain guests. The tab hurt when we did it, but absolutely no regrets 4 years later.
