What’s that smell in New Orleans this morning?

Other than the usual Bourbon st/ random weed whiffs in the air...
Smelled like burning piss is the only way i can describe it. Did something happen near the port or anything near the Garden District?

New Orleans always smells bad every time I’ve been there. It’s a unique smell that exists nowhere else

I work in New Orleans. Some morning when I get out my car at work I legit have to think if I remembered to put deodorant on because the city smells like BO
