What are some small things that you have changed up recently that have positively affected your life? Trying to find some other things that can improve daily living

For me

1) Changing to Double Edge Safety on OTLounge Advice
I always had trouble with razor burn and hated the feel of shaving with even the "nicest" Fusion Power 5 blade type razor. Don't know if it is because of the extra care not trying to cut myself, the switch to soap instead of gel for shaving cream or the blade but it makes my shaving experience something I don't dread every day

2) Audiobooks/podcasts (Particular nonfiction)

When I started making my 40-50 minute commute, I always listened to music and hated those drives. I switched it up to audiobooks and podcasts, usually nonfiction, for these commutes and it is now some of the more relaxing and enjoyable parts of the day for me. If I go for runs/row I usally listen to these instead of music now just because it helps pass time. I rarely listen to music now

Drinking a shitton less. Used to drink all Friday and Saturday night and sometimes "Sunday Funday" on Sundays. Limited that to a few drinks now and then. Feel a lot better. Lost weight. A lot more productive.

I started exercising and eating healthy.. nothing groundbreaking.

I read "No More Mr. Nice Guy".. pretty legit book..

Now I have started taking time to do things alone, things that i want to do, whenever i want.

Fap more, and get high more often.

A mind that is unstifled by sex or nervousness can do so much more.

I quit drinkin everyday... Now I can actually focus and be productive. I feel a lot better now too. I guess I did it to help with stress but ironically, it would cause me to be more stressed/anxious when I wasnt intoxicated. My mind is a lot clearer now--I used to feel like I was always living in a haze.

1) Started drinking protein shakes every morning and routinely wake up at the same time every day.

2) Stopped listening to radio or anything at all when I am driving. This is a nice change of pace from whatever was normally distracting me.

Do you wake up easily every day now? I always have a hard time waking up but I usually vary 1-1.5 hours when I set my alarm depending on the day

I broke up with a gf, and I guess it is good. About to start running and getting back into body weight working out. I refuse to eat healthy though

Quitting drinking every day helped a bunch. Only dad I feel hungover now is sometimes on Saturdays

Making the switch from Jack to Crown made a big difference. Started that on New years, and have kept going with it

Honestly, I try to spend just a little time of the day (a hour or so) to myself. I either run, listen to a record, read a book (non scholastic), etc. I basically use the time available to try and relax, unwind and reflect on things. It's something that is so simple and yet so rewarding.
