How I got around my driver's license address not matching my mail address.
Yep, they wouldn't let me have my package.
Somebody told me the secret: assign delivery to someone else. Give them the 'collect this parcel at the Post office' card, sign it with your signature and write the exact name of the person you designate.
Yes, that's stupid as hell, but it worked.
