Sugar. Easy. I barely eat it as it is. Most things are too sweet anyway, and if I use sweetener it’s either agave nectar or local honey

That's still fructose and glucose.

(BTW, table sugar is sucrose and instantly becomes fructose and glucose when it dissolves in your mouth. Also pure glucose, aka dextrose, is much healthier than fructose. Fructose is metabolized like ethanol in the liver but you get no instant feed back from eating too much fructose like you do ethanol. Both initiate de-novo lipogenesis...fat creation in the liver. )
