Talked to one of the crews that worked it- had just left at 230p after being there all day. Said it was about 2/3 burned.
But also said there was a call at the same house last week- one of the bedrooms (I think) had a fire.
There was a mom and daughter renting it, mom was gone for the day (which I assume meant daughter was home).
