Puking and voluntarily going to bed is usually the phase right before the blackout phase. Well i think the puke n rally phase is in between those two

Yeah, that used to happen to me. Not in several years though.

I tend to pace pretty well. Like a long, hard night of partying may look like this:

First 2 hours, 3-4 normal liquor drinks.

Next 1-2 hours, 1-2 drinks.

Around midnight - 1am, second dinner. Maybe a chicken sammich, slice of pizza or maybe a steak. Just depends and probably take down 1 drink along with 2-3 waters.

1am until whenever, about 1 drink per hour.

I don't time all that out and I just do whatever I want, but that's kinda how I do a long, late night these days. Might take down 8-10 drinks, but spread out from 8pm - 4 or 5am, it works for me. I'm never really drunk, just well buzzed and I slow down later in the night and am usually sobering up by the time I'm home, going to bed.
