Don't think LSU is the school for him. Needs to go to a smaller school

Go to the redeye. The whole city will know him within 24 hours.

thanks for all the advice guys. Ive known him for a long time. High school( esp BRH) can be a hard place to meet friends and girls.

He should start smoking, or selling, weed

Staying in the dorms is the best advice I've seen by far. It's great for making friends and doing social shite. He can still go home for random dinners and stuff too.

Church youth groups are pretty much a 100% guaranteed way for kids to make friends. Assuming the kid in question does or would be interested in embracing religion.

OP says going to LSU soon, graduating high school in May I'm guessing.
So yeah, once he's there - dorm is super important with meeting people (especially if it's a residential college). Otherwise, there's probably a student group related to his major that he can get involved with, as well as a church group if he's religious at all (there's almost every kind on/near campus).

What were good ways to meet girls when you were younger?
Be good looking and have personality.

Class, church or common interest clubs are the easiest ways. After that there are bars, sports activities/intramurals, and online chat rooms.
I came to LSU without a single friend and did fine. Found some clubs, went to anything I could get invited to and midway through my first semester I met some of my best friends I have today. He will find his way.

Hey in our high school, it was hard to meet girls. it was a weird antisocial place. I wish I had done more activities when I was there like sports, drama, or music.

Not really, unless BRH is really that odd

LSU wasn't the right place for me either.

One of neighbors kid is a senior in high school and he has no friends. he just sits at home all day. He will be entering LSU soon, and I want him to meet some friends there too( He will be commuting). Do you know some organizations that would be good for him to join? I suggested youth group( easy poon). Any other ideas? he is too old for boy scouts.
Sounds like he'd make a great Buffalo Bob
