Marshals probably get the most action. FBI has some bad arse task forces that are pretty intense.

You'd be shocked by how little many federal agents do in a day. It's nothing like the movies, most of it is desk time (preparing/evaluating cases) and reading pointless emails. Most agents themselves are rarely in dangerous situations, informants are the ones who do the dirty work.

Badass federal agency employment doesn't exist as you know it in the movies. Maybe the DoD, but you didn't list it. Even then it's a let down.
