Whatever you do, don't skip jerk off days. People neglect the forearms but they're important. Also don't skip leg days either, but if you do, don't wear skinny jeans or else you'll look like a huge fig.

Go to the App store.
Download Stronglifts 5x5.
Do what it says.
Profit.

I work out at home using bodyweight and sandbag/rucksack routines. Weighted pullups and weighted dips using gymnastics rings. Deaddlifts, squats, OH presses using the sandbag. Sandbags are the tits. Totally different than pushing iron, and better in a lot of ways IYAM.
I made a slosh pipe for core stability, and I recently found a site that sells decommissioned firehoses. I'm going to order some to use as battle ropes.
This one exercise will give you a hell of a full body workout LINK

Cobra Kai Gym has worked well for me. It has taught me many life lessons. They do not train to be merciful. Mercy is for the weak. Here, in the streets, in competition: A man confronts you, he is the enemy. An enemy deserves no mercy.

Since I've been off my schedule the past 5 months, I went back to Stronglifts 5x5. Going to do that for two months and then decide what I want to do.

I don't actually work out. I just loiter in goldennuggets gym. Sometimes I shave in the sinks and pee in the shower.

Thank you, was exactly the type of thing I was looking for. Also, from searching through the web, PPL seems to get mentioned alot. Anyone done both and thinks one is better than the other?

It's selective. Not just anyone can do it. You have to be invited.

Could you explain what a typical week looks like for you doing it?
I would need to see your pics and detailed descriptions of your current workouts and fitness level.

I've done a bit of everything. I really like to just throw different things together.
Really depends on what your goals are as to what will work best for you.

I saw a crossfitter drive yesterday and they let everyone know which box they belong too because their sticker was on the rear windshield

I typically don't care for BB.com, but this is a solid bulking routine. Strength will shoot up as well.

I'd find a gym that has a lot of barbells and squat racks and deadlift platform or adequate area to deadlift. You need to focus on squats
Deadlifts overhead press etc. dumbbell should presses bench presses barbell rows etc
You'll eventually want to shed some fat down so I'd also look for prowler, kettle bells, ropes, tires, sledgehammers and sandbags.
