How poor were you? How much did you party? What was your weekly routine? Did you miss college?

Graduated in December, I don’t miss college, I do miss my parents helping me out on bills

Married 2 months after graduation. Started my career 1 month after that. Wife and I moved 10 hours away and started living adult life.

9.5 years later have home. 2 kids. Another on the way and living the ole American dream.

I had a good job and bought a small house. I went on some of the best trips ever. 10 days on yacht in BVI. 8 day trip on sailboat out of Miami to the Bahamas. Cruised with my friends. Snow skiing. Good ole days.

Traveling

That’s what I’m doing right now. Been on the road 4 weeks straight. I travel across the country during the week, then come home for the weekends. It’s a lot of fun most of the time.

We must have had different early career salaries

We looked for good happy hours.

Same. I’m paying rent out of the fricking arse right now in Nola, and it’s kicking me right in the Dick every month.

Spent those 5 years climbing the ladder in an industry I had dreamed about being in my whole life. Within that 5 years span, I had gone from the bottom, to damn near the pinnacle, to fired, all within 5 years. Wow, that just hit me as I typed this.
