I was in college when the beanie baby happy meal phase was going on. One day my mom called me and asked if me and my dorm mates wanted dozen of happy meals that she had just bought. We destroyed those things.

I had a shite-ton of The Real Ghostbusters toys they gave out circa 1988. They really were school supplies, like erasers, pencils, pads, and Stay Puft pencil sharpeners.
Those were awesome. I got so many checkmarks for spinning slimer around on my pencil instead of reading Buffy and Mac or whaterver dumbshit we had to do.

The 1999 Burger King Pokemon promotion was insane. 57(!!!) different toys that came with the kids meals, and then the gold cards that were available for purchase.

I only remember those drinking glasses, but I don't think those came with Happy Meals.
I grew up relatively poor though, and rarely got a Happy Meal. It was always cheaper(according to my mom) to order the burgers and fries separate, then she made us drink water.
