He's a Harvard graduate who's also a member of a birdwatching club, so I'm gonna assume he's slightly autistic. This is an aspy as hell thing to do.

Yep. I knew a kid from Metairie who did this back in the 1990s. Very sick individual. I think he's a judge now.
