What I meant to say was, "It was like basking in the warm glow of a higher intelligence, as it envelops you and allows you to become part of its everlasting glory."

I went to private school from kindergarden - 7th grade. Moved to Ascension and went to public school. St. Isidore was not much different than St. Amant with regards to the level of education I received. The main difference is at St. Isidore we went to church every Friday morning.

The most memorable thing was the "Nick Saban Ban" the school had where any Alabama recruiters were banned from campus for a few years.

Family ties to LSU. I have a lot of family from the New Orleans area.

We had the option of getting french fries EVERYDAY with lunch. Regardless of what's being served.

Homogonous population, less fights, hot girls, good sports, small.

That's what I got from my time.

A lot of the football players at STA really like LSU's style and the type of players we get (PP7, TM7, Claiborne, ect). They wish LSU would come down and recruit there. #7 on the team, James Oliphant, wears the number because of TM7 and PP7... how cool is that?

i went to a private school my whole life. Made lifelong friends with people who will grow up to be wealthy = Good connections.

There were no cliques and no bullying at my school. Everyone was pretty much cool with everyone.

Everyone from my graduating class went to college besides one. Most of my friends are in the process of being Nurses, Doctors, CPAs, Lawyers, etc..

Going to a private school definitely is beneficial in the long run.

better education
better environment for school and electives
not really any trash, but you will have bad people

these guys are trippin, there are many public schools, but private schools are smaller, hotter girls, and more parent teacher involvement.

I thought since Im black, id be the only non white kid there and theyd make fun of me. but when I see a lone black dude that goes to private school with a white girl on his arm, I get pissed. that could've been me. And many public schools are segregated by race and all the cliques. ( goth, jock, dork, Asian)
