Either way... are you 100% certain the dogs and cat have zero access to food?

The cat has not left my house for two weeks. The young dog sleeps at my house and stays on my porch 70 percent of the time the other bit of the time she strolls around my yard.

The new puppy is pretty much full grown dog size. They all manage to sneak into the house from time to time (kids let them in by accident, etc.). That's how they ended up getting food to begin with. I let the cat and dog into eat. The puppy I leave outside and feed her on the back porch because she still gets excited and pees in the house sometimes.

For all purposes they are my dogs at this point.

The owners dont check on them, dont put food out, dont call for them, etc.

They’re picked up on the County roads around here . Just saying. Can’t run loose. If a dog bites someone the owners are in a heep of shite.

Lol at you pieces of shite who keep asking the “how do you know he’s not being fed” question over and over?

OP has explained it many times

I wrote the neighbors a nice friendly neighborly note about it. If I dont get a response I'm calling the authorities.

The sad part is I like the older dog and cat better than my two dogs. Lol. Mine were strays my wife adopted, and they are little yippers.

At one time it was legal to take care of the problem but now you better call animal control.

Legally, you can still "take care" of the problem. There are laws protecting you.

Ehh... maybe. If you understand and believe in evolution everytime you use some roundup you are murdering your long lost cousin.

I may be the "idiot" but I'm not whining on a bulletin board about someone else's problem.
You sound like a sky screamer who craves sympathy rather than solution to the problem.
