Like I say in every one of these threads, if you have you thermostat at 74 or above at night, you need to get the thermostat calibrated

74 day. 70 at night. Thankfully the wife and I are aligned on this issue.

There’s a shite ton of sleep science data out there saying, if possible, you want to sleep at about 69. It’s much easier to sleep. I agree. I can’t sleep in the 70s unless the house in question has elite insulation and circulation where 72 actually does feel like 69.
