Biggest one for the longest time was and is ammo.
That has improved for some calibers.

Haven’t been to the store this week, but last week there were only 2 loafs of bread and a few packs of Hawaiian sweet rolls. Very odd considering my town has a population of less than 900.

Pandemic wise our main issue has been finding 3T/4T pullups for our kid. For some reason they are hard to find from time to time.
I told my kid she is 3 yrs old now so its time to learn to shite in the toilet or shite her pants and have everybody laugh at her. Her choice.

but the most concerning shortage is the shortage of freedom.
You can even gather for a concert without the threat of being arrested. Yeah yeah you get what you vote for.. but I didn't vote for this. I've been saying it for a few years now. The straight white male is disenfranchised in Louisiana. Our voted doesn't matter anymore.

Appliances (larger ones), hardie siding is no longer running anything other than lap, plumbing (PVC materials, roofing shingles are only running two colors at their plants, utility piping delays, roofing TPO is 4-6 months out, pre-engineered metal studs are 3-4 months delayed, LABOR for EVERYTHING, paint is on allocation, insulation is on allocation. Damn near everything associate with building materials.
