Im not going to say zero either. But Racism is not the reason for having children out of wedlock.

Now I do find it interesting if you think about a millennial black male. he basically could have gotten into college easier and for cheaper than his white counterpart. Getting the same degree in the same amount of time and come out with a head start because he doesnt have loans to pay back.

Now the black male not taking that opportunity is his own damn fault.
