He likes sports( football, soccer), i also want him to hang with normal white or black kids who watch tv , play games, build shite, and play basketball on the weekends. the asian kids are wierd as frick in these gifted schools. and white girls arent bad either
i know that isnt an option. ive met them, douches and stuck up bitches. close minded too

If you want him to be a normal kid who hangs out with normal kids, don't send him to BRMHS or any of it's private equivalents.

CHS provides a well rounded education for even non-whites. And the kids will feel right at home. They'll have their own table in the lunch room. At least they did 20 years ago. Might even have two tables now.

So you want the private school with the most Asian kids?

Yes, they had like 10 spots last year. 4 of them went to kids with siblings in magnet programs .

Catholic has a great sports program but its extremely competitive.. The have club sports as well. Most of the main Private, UHIGH included are going to have the type of people you talk about. Runnels has some good sports but no football, arts are a big plus with them. Episcopal has the great facilities but is also the most expensive. Dont know crap about Dunham or Christian Life but have heard opinions across the board.

I really would look at the lab school. Its a very diverse group of kids and they have a multitude of activities/clubs/after school programs. Its a really great environment and the "up-tight" "prissy" people are to the min at the school.

Runnels might be the correct answer here to your specific question. More quirky arts people there but not nearly as academically challenging as BRHMS.
My daughter loves BRHMS and she is a musician and painter so it fits her and she is so proud to go there. Pimp Jr. isn't much of a student but the promise of being able to play guitar in the BRHMS jazz program is keeping his head in the game. And my youngest is an elite gymnast and she's happy she can take Gymnastics for credit at BRHMS even if it's at a lower level than her gym. So maybe don't give up on BRHMS. I know a girl who transferred into BRHMS directly from Runnels just this year.

From all the people from BR ive met at LSU, chs guys are the most chill. Their atheltics are impresive, most of all swimming.
I graduated from there. Art program i sgreat, but sports is lacking. It ha some flaws, apparently the valedictorian and salutatorian were expelled for drugs?

About 75% of the spots go to priority groups (magnet middle/siblings). Not 97%.
