The whole north, east, west, south question is a trick question.
Alaska is actually north, east, and west because the allutian islands cross the date line.
South is Florida

I agree Oklahoma is a good answer here. There seems to be no consensus on whether it’s southern or midwestern. I generally just refer to that area as the heartland or southern plains, but it’s a nice mix of western culture (a fair portion of the population is involved in rodeoing or agriculture/livestock, for example) and southern hospitality.

Nashville.
More cowboy hats and boots there than in Texas.
You have a singing drugstore cowboy on every corner.

Correct answer.....I would have also said Bakersfield CA up until maybe 10 years ago.
Fresno area is very redneck. Lot of baws in that area. Bubba from In the Heat of the Night used to be mayor

Somewhere in Wyoming.
Every been across that state? Rawlins to Rock Springs seems very Southern. And even more Western.

Northern Oklahoma is more midwestern. Tulsa has a Midwest vibe. Okc south is basically north Texas.
