Most of the ones arriving now have been living in South America for years and are opportunistically taking advantages of the open border. They are not "Haitian refugees" at all. They are opportunistic economic migrants.

Michael Yon was in Panama at Darien gap and reporting record numbers of Haitians, Africans and some Cubans coming through.
