Paul McCartney
Much as i love McCartney, and seeing him in concert was a Top Five[tm] moment of my life- i dont think he could fill the 100k seat Tiger Stadium…. Now, if you put him with Ringo, got Julian Lennon and Dhani Harrison to join them and called it “The Closest Thing to a Beatles Reunion” and a one time thing (not a tour with other stops/dates)- then no problem, b/c people would literally flock to BR from around the globe .

Elton John & Billy Joel Face to Face concert?
Elton is one of the few true greats I haven’t seen in concert…. Even with Billy (whose concert was a life highlight for me)- i dont think they could put 100k asses in seats in BR.. id like to be wrong about that, but i dont think i am … the only possible way if it was a one time, farewell type last concert for both of them- but there’s no logical reason BR would ever be chosen for that .

Fair enough, based on the chatter I thought tickets were going for high dollar, but I see they're pretty cheap really. I assumed tickets were starting in the hundreds for the Baton Rouge show.
Brooks’ tickets have always been reasonably priced. He’s said in interviews it shouldn’t cost a man a fortune to take his wife to a show.

Many of the ones listed struggle to sell out smaller arenas let alone stadiums. You need mass appeal not just country or rap fans. Garth appeals to several age groups and not just country fans. And I get some of the bands at the top of their popularity but not now.
No chance:
Paul McCartney
Lady Gaga
Kanye
Eagles now

Do some of you people look at everything through the lens of politics? Do you not associate with people who have different political views than you? If so you must be miserable.
