What or who to go with for Pest and Termite Control?

I am recently a new homeowner in the Prairieville area and I am looking for the best and most reasonably priced company to go with. I do not want to get screwed and not sure what it cost. Who do you recommend?

I’m about to cancel terminex on 1250 sq ft rental property. They are to $374 a year just for termites.
