When I find the prime ribeye steak to be perfectly marbled I buy it and know that I’ll be having a better-than-restaurant quality steak very soon. If it’s not marbled properly, pass.

Finding something I like that I've bought before and suddenly they stopped selling it and I go out of town and they have it. It's a satisfying feeling.
