hahnville high school.....

principal called an emergency all student and faculty meeting in the auditorium to reveal that he confiscated porn being read in the library and..... it was a listed library book. book??? "the catcher in the rye" by some one last name caufield. he then proceeded to read selected passages for the next 30 minutes that were filled with 4 letter words and innuendo . the librarian was required to sit on the stage during the proceedings

one of the best days in high school

principal and librarian were in their 60's

No.

My brother was on the basketball team that went 30-1 in 86 though.

PBHS

During the Tylenol scare, someone called town hall and said they put cyanide in the town water. Couldn't drink at school but did once I got home since we had our own well.

A Senior during my Freshman year committed suicide at home.

A couple of classmate's fathers passed away.

Challenger disaster my Senior year.

Undefeated against E.D Who? Looking at you, WayDownSouth.

Ouachita 96-2000.

First week of school as a freshman I experienced the largest boner I ever have had and still until this day hasn't been duplicated without help from pills.

They allowed mini-skirts still back then and seeing Charlotte walk up in front of me almost made me capitulate before making it to the top.

Had sex at the side hallway very few kids used during class period as I was the first Junior in history of the school to not have a 6th hour class scheduled. Met a chick in the library who said she wanted to bone and she pretty much all but caught me in that hallway one day, threw me up against the wall and told me to frick the shite out of her. And I obliged.

Great times. Lots of hoes at OPHS back in the 90's. A lot.

Dileo & the QB Brady Wilson ran rampant that game in 09.

But Hilliard ran a kick back, threw for like 100, and ran for 200. He was phenomenal

I was at Hanson this past weekend for a basketball tournament. I love the front area that has all the class pictures and the grotto in the back.

Barbe hs 93. Half the football team got suspended my junior year for vandalizing our rivals football field before we played them. Funny thing is we shared the field. Though it was at their school. I had a test the next day so I missed out. Went from only playing defense to playing both ways and only playing offense after that game. We scored on the 1st drive Everyone was all hyped up. They then blew us out.

Students got in trouble for throwing beer bottles at the cheerleaders when the football team wasg, prompting the principle to go on the loudspeaker the next monday and say that until someone snitched or those people came forward, there would be no more student section at football games. He said something like “we won’t let the 2% ruin things for the 98%”. So, app the students showed up in t-shirts saying “we are the 2%”

Watched all the news folks walk up and down the sidewalk when the Japanese exchange student was shot and killed. Not exciting but noteworthy.
