Degree Men Motion Sense Dry Spray right now. Switch it up about every 6 months to something different because my pits build up a tolerance and start rejecting the one I currently use.

Isopropyl alcohol IPA. Rubbing alcohol. Does nothing about sweating but kills body odor. Shave or trim under arm hair will reduce odor also. Use 90% twice a day.

OP's doc could also prescribe glycopirulate(spelling?). It will drastically reduce sweating, but you'll still sweat when you're supposed to. I take it during the summer when I'm gonna be outside, or if I'll have to be at a function that requires me to be dressed up when it's hot or humid.

I use degree clinical. It's pricey but it's the best.

Do you wear undershirts? You should if you don't.
