It's an old house. I think the AC system is not the greatest(even though the landlord swears it's less than 5 years old....yeah right). That's the main reason we keep at 80. During the winter our electric bills are like $50. 2000 sq ft home.

No, regular central air....just mounted on roof instead of side of house.

When relatives visit in the summer we cut them a break and set it to 77. And a few still bitch.

No AC. Fans, open window and a nice sea breeze. It can get pretty warm inside if the temp gets above 72. 65-70 is about the right indoor temp for summer.
