I have a bass pro bone dry jacket that I got on sale one year for fishing that I wear if it's raining

I have some cheap academy pullover if it's slightly cold

I have a Carhartt with a hoodie if it gets rough

Montbell down puffer for mild days, summer nights at elevation, etc.

Stoic (backcountry.com house brand) hooded synthetic puffer for when it’s really cold and/or snowing. Was like $30 on clearance and a great jacket.

Carhart in south Louisiana when it gets chilly. I like it because it’s durable and not overly warm. I have an Outdoor Research shell and fleece that I combine with a Patagonia puffer vest when I go up north where it’s really cold and I’m staying outside for long periods of time. I can’t where all that in Louisiana because it’s never been cold enough.

I've got a Columbia vest and some no name jacket from Costco. Have worn for 4 years.

Works.

Living in N.O. has found the last few winters warm enough for me to don a sweatshirt just a few times a year during the so-called winter months.

Most of the time I'm in shorts, t-shirt and sandals.

I do have a nice heavy duty leather jacket I will break out when heading out the door on my motorcycle since wind chill is a real thing.
