Pot of Red Beans with Bourgeois Smoked sausage. And some sac a lait or other fried seafood. Fried or smothered potato’s, Leidenheimer French Bread and butter.
The beans will be done in about 30 minutes. Fish to follow. And the rest.

Mid-week fair: marinaded grilled chicken breasts, roasted fingerling potatoes, Caesar salad or sautéed green beans. Might throw in some naan for the kiddos with Taziki sauce on the side.

I forgot the gravy and spices, but it's all good

A double meat with cheese from Whatabutger and a caniac from Canes with a large diet coke with a choco brownie extreme blizzard from Dairy Queen for desert

Ground meat gravy and rice. It’s hamburger steaks except I just brown the ground meat and don’t form patties. Season everything the same, always have mushrooms and onion in the gravy. Always served with sweet peas. I could eat it every day.

No "go-to". The fallback is breakfast for dinner. Bacon, eggs, biscuits etc

Steak or pork chops with a green veggie (asparagus, beans, Brussels) and box pasta roni.
We mix it up a lot, but if I know mom is out of the house for a night and I've got the kids, this is what I go with. Dessert is melatonin.

Hell yeah! Thick bacon, eggs, sausage(btw), and biscuit w/ gravy. I'm down George! "You like peanut butter?" Tony hates it, but likes his hat backwards and superman comics.

Frosted Mini Wheats (Aldi brand) and 1% milk (Aldi brand).
