I would be a full time dad at this point now that he’s almost three, but at this point I still make more money than her so it would have to be a layoff scenario for me to do that. Too much income to walk away from.

Not so far fetched at all...
Input behaviors, output analysis. Big deal.
Honestly behavior analysis could very easily be automated by A.I. And the state would love it all fitting into a nice, practical chart. A dream come true.

shite, I'd just answer all the handyman requests on our neighborhood FB page. Every damn day there is someone asking for recommendations about fixing silly shite like a fence, replacing a sprinkler, trimming a tree, hanging a TV...easy stuff. I'd just show up and go to work. I'd let all the hard stuff like rewiring the flux capacitor on the AC go to the pros.

Wife is going to school to be a Nurse Practitioner. I have about one more year before I retire anyways.
If I have to pick a job, I'd try to find a way to open a low budget beer brewery and try to make that work.

If all failed in my life, I'd do porn. After that, drug dealer. inconspicuous white guy for the win.

You could do like a lot of bama graduates. Get a job at the chicken plant in guntersville. A lot of the employees there wear bama apparel as well. The great news and a big advantage is that you speak english. Though I dont think thats an actual requirement.
