Move then.

All you do all day is complain about this country.

Have you ever flipped news channels and noticed that nearly every newscast is reporting the same story using the exact same words to describe it and the exact same analysis? It is because they are reading from the same list of talking points provided by the CIA. The news reports what the CIA wants you to hear. They tell you how to think, and how to think is always in a way that will have you giving up your rights and money to an ever-growing government.

Free weed
Free arse (no aids)
Free booze
Cheap gas
Strong dollar (your income bought more)
They still had brass in music
Kids brought knives and guns to school but nobody got killed

I lived through it and it was pretty good because as a country we were pretty focused

This was a glorious thing. Natural women did not scare us boomer men like they seem to scare the sexual snowflake males of today. Hair just belongs in some places. It’s absence in some cleanly shaved females is unnatural and off-putting.

Last decade before manufacturing took a huge downturn and the steel mills started closing

Believe it or not therè were parts of the country where black folks worked in factories, just like white people.

They generally don't teach that stuff in school

It was. That was the American dream. Those jobs were well paying and most of the country was blue collar at that time. 50s and 60s were theidealistic time for working America.

It fell apart in the seventies.

High school graduation in 1965 was below 50%, college graduation was below 10% of the adult population.
