What is white privilege? Is there a black privilege?

What about in sports?Especially in 2 major sports In basketball and football? Mostly black people making millions. Is that considered black privilege? Why don’t they have more white players in those sports? And the ones that do don’t make as much.

The ability to blame all your problems on white people while never having to take personal responsibility for anything seems like a pretty clear cut privilege to me.
Not having to score as high on standardized tests for college admission as other races seems like a pretty clear cut privilege to me.
Being able to get a job over more experienced and qualified applicants all because of affirmative action seems like a clear cut privilege to me.
